P3 spent the morning at a local hidden gem! The lovely ladies at An Tobar brought us on a nature trail where we learned about local wildlife, plants and ecosystems. One of our favourite spots along the way was the pond where we were able to see tadpoles. The ladies were so impressed at how much we knew about life cycles as we have been learning about this in our World Around Us. We also enjoyed the hens where we collected eggs that had just been laid, and said hello to some friendly pigs before heading back to school for lunch.
