Congratulations to our fantastic boys’ football team for bringing home the cup today! Two super matches against stiff competition; Cullyhanna and Blackwatertown. The boys really put their heads down and played great football. Well done to the complete P6 &P7 panel with their management team: Mr Rooney, Mr Burns and Tina Kelly. Thanks to Silverbridge GFC for supplying their minibus along with the driver, Paddy Keating. Many thanks to Sandra McAvoy and Liv’s Coffee for supplying much needed refreshments for the team. A word of gratitude to Eamon and Eugene for holding the buses on our late return this afternoon. Thanks also to our parents and the remainder of our P6 and P7 supporters for their cheers of encouragement today. It really does take a village!!
